Event and Conference Coordinating and Consulting

Hitchcock Creative manages a select number of events each year, ranging from educational conferences, theater performance to black tie galas.

What services do you provide?

Because every event is different, we customize pricing and planning specifically for your organizations needs. We can offer simple day-of coordination or work with you to coordinate venue and vendor selection, event registration, marketing, budget management, event/material design, volunteer/staff coordination, accessibility services coordination, and overall logistics. Or something in between. Your event is specific to the needs of your organization, and your event management should be too.

Hitchcock Creative also provides consultations for event accessibility. These services range from a 1-hour phone call to complete coordination of accessibility services, guest communication, and more. Read more about our experience and the services we offer on our Accessibility page.

What type of events do you manage?

Conferences, fundraisers, galas, business meetings, and more. We do not currently coordinate weddings. All members of our team are currently based in the Washington, DC area, but travel as needed.

What experience do you have?

Hitchcock Creative's President/Owner, Sarah Burzio has managed event rentals at Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company and internal event logistics and external rentals in the Special Events office at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. She has theater front-of-house experience from several regional theater organizations and has experience managing seat filling for large scale televised events and awards shows.

Other members of the Hitchcock Creative team have extensive experience in accessibility services coordination, front-of-house management, volunteer coordination, and logistics. We build a team specific to your event, based on your needs and the expertise/experience of our staff.
